Laurie Stanbro, VP of Brokerage Operations for NAI Ohio River Corridor completed the sale of a craned industrial facility in Leetonia, Ohio.
The Columbiana County property was the former industrial offices and warehouse for Polychem OMS Systems, LLC. Stanbro also assisted the Polychem OMS Systems with the lease at their present facility in Canton, Ohio.
