NAI Ohio River Corridor expands with addition of James Elsfelder, Industrial Specialist
BOLIVAR, Ohio James (Jim) Elsfelder has joined the NAI Ohio River Corridor commercial real estate team in the role of Industrial Specialist. Jim brings with him considerable experience working for industrial and electrical services companies throughout the Midwestern United States.
“Elsfelder will make a great addition to the NAI Ohio River Corridor team in his role as Industrial Specialist due to his vast experience with industrial and electrical services organizations,” according to Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM, and principal of NAI Ohio River Corridor, a subsidiary of Ohio River Corridor, LLC. “His knowledge and background will be a significant asset as we work with petrochemical, plastics and energy services companies throughout the Appalachian Basin and Ohio River Valley.”
Elsfelder has considerable sales experience over the past 30 years. Elsfelder has assisted a variety of industrial and government clients throughout Ohio and the Midwestern states as a valued solution provider.
“Elsfelder will focus on industrial and manufacturing accounts throughout southeastern Ohio,” said Custer. With Elsfelder’s prior business experience, he understands the critical items that a client is looking for regarding their commercial real estate needs.
“Location, infrastructure and employees are a few of the success factors in determining an appropriate location,” said Elsfelder. “Determining where the location fits into the overall logistics and supply chain of raw materials to finished product is one aspect of being a valued resource for my clients.”
Elsfelder will also have the ability to help his clients with locations both domestically and internationally through NAI Global network of offices and real estate professionals worldwide. He will also work closely with regional economic development offices and site selection professionals to assist with location and available local and state incentives.
Jim has contributed his time to the local community as a security volunteer for the Pro Football Hall of Fame for over 30 years. Jim also enjoys golfing and brewing beer in his spare time. A resident of Stark County, Plain Township, Ohio, Jim is married to Melissa. They have two sons–Matthew, a student at the University of Akron, and Andrew, who attends GlenOak High School.
