Senator Yudichak Speaks His Thoughts on Energy
Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation, in cooperation with Penn’s Northeast, the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce and the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce hosted an online Think About Energy Briefing webinar on Thursday May 28, 2020. It was one of the best. It featured PA State Senator John Yudichak (I-14), PA State Senator Gene Yaw (R-23) and Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry President and CEO Gene Barr. Here is what Yudichak had to say:
Senator John Yudichak, member of the Senate Environmental Resources & Energy Committee, discussed the potential downstream opportunities in manufacturing and the role natural gas can play in recovering the economy from the pandemic.
“Today’s Think About Energy webinar served as a great platform to talk about the exciting potential for energy sector jobs in Pennsylvania,” said Senator John Yudichak. “The abundance and affordability of Pennsylvania natural gas can set the stage for unprecedented growth in downstream advanced manufacturing jobs that can help Pennsylvania recover from the economic disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. Pennsylvania is in fierce competition with other gas producing states to lure downstream petrochemical manufactures, and we must be prepared to put economic incentives on the table, like the Energy and Fertilizer Manufacturing Tax Credit, which leverages private investment in the construction and build out of the petrochemical industry in the primarily dry gas play in northeastern Pennsylvania.”
Senator Yudichak highlighted how Pennsylvania is poised for significant growth.
“We are competing in a global economy, and Pennsylvania must be prepared to maximize its position as the second largest producer of natural gas in the country to fully leverage the economic opportunities of expanding our petrochemical industry and creating thousands of new, good-paying energy sector jobs.”
John Yudichak, now an Independent, is doing what he does best; sticking up for Pennsylvania’s working man!
YouTube Bans Michael Moore’s Green Expose

Although I disagree with Joanne Nova on some things, I love her writing:
Michael Moore’s Planet of the Humans racked up 8 million views in a month, then when they extended the free views for another month, YouTube finally found a reason to shut it down. Apparently 4 seconds of video isn’t “fair use” in a documentary any more, and thus for copyright reasons, the video got pulled. If Youtube took down every 4 second violation of copyright there’d be no Youtube. Which may be about to happen anyway, when the young hip revolutionary teens realize the conglomate power is heavily censoring their access to “news” in order to fool them into obedience for corporate profit.
It’s so predictable. A month ago, Myron Ebell, CEI, said “Quick. Watch it before it’s banned”.
Everytime Youtube does this it makes it easier for a competitor to take their top spot. Bring it on.
Moore put it on Vimeo, but searching there finds nothing too. Has Vimeo been “got to”?

The documentary was banned by the film distributors right from the start, but when people started tweeting “now that it’s banned, I want to see it” they reversed their decision. But there are many ways to ignore something without actually banning it. So a big Thank You to Youtube for being so cack-handed. This will make both the documentary and Bitchute more popular.
Taking the red pill?
For Michael Moore, this must be an eye opening transition as he falls from Green-Left Grace to become just another of the unspoken untermensch. For him, it might be the first time he really wakes up to the weapons grade corporate power that may have thought he was fighting previously. A Red Pill day. At this point he either does something grovelling to claw back to his former position (but they won’t trust him), or this move pushes him far into skeptic-land. Many a great skeptic is borne from the claws of Censorship.
If global warming and green energy are such righteous, noble causes based on nothing but science, why are the high priests so scared of argument, even arguments with friends?
It’s All About Scamming the Taxpayers, Then?

Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory found that U.S. wind farms are producing less power after ten years of production because the loss of the federal production tax credit at the ten-year mark stops maintenance. The Department of Energy Laboratory study looks at how wind turbines across the United States degrade over time.
The lab found that after the first 10 years of operation, wind turbines tended to experience an “abrupt decline” in performance that continued as time went on, despite being able to produce more electricity given wind conditions at a specific site.
So it’s all about the subsidies, then?
The study explains that since wind farms no longer have access to the production tax credit after ten years of operation, wind farm owners were making the financial decision to do less to protect against equipment wear and tear.
After 17 years of operation, the lost energy was equivalent to losing 1 out of every 10 turbines in a wind farm. This finding should make policy makers examine the production tax credit construction carefully since it has many negative consequences—this finding by the laboratory is just one.
Wind makes no economic sense? No. No, it doesn’t.
