The Fetterman fracking position of 2018, just four years ago, starkly contrasts with his position now in 2022. He cannot be trusted on this critical issue.

Well, the Pennsylvania Senate campaign debate took place last night and it was an utter disaster for John Fetterman. The unyielding Fetterman fracking position taken in 2018—four short years ago—has, he wants us to believe, been thrown completely out the omewindow and he’s now, as he chases the votes of trade unions who know better, a full-fledged supporter. But, the deliberately fuzzy language on his campaign website and the way he answered the questions during this debate, say something else. The Fetterman fracking dance is an act and nothing more.

Here is that Fetterman fracking dance in its entirety:

It speaks for itself, of course. The Fetterman fracking answer after being challenged by the questioner was to simply repeat what his campaign manager must have drilled into him over and over again. Indeed, one can imagine the words. “John, just remember you support fracking. When you don’t know what else to say, just repeat ‘I support fracking.’”

It was sad, of course, to watch the Fetterman fracking answer being given. No one believes Fetterman believed what he was saying. It was a transparent lie intended to avoid offending trade union members who Fetterman supposes are supporting him because the union bureaucrats say they do. The members, though, are a very different story and no member stabbed in the back by Joe Biden on the Keystone Pipeline who is going to take the latest Fetterman fracking answer seriously, especially knowing Fetterman supported that disastrous action, too.

Did Oz also change his position? Well, one might argue that but his statement questioning fracking was just that and not much more, plus it was eight years and not four. Moreover, Oz suggested more study and since then we’ve had one study after another proving fracking is safe. That debate is over except among the most radical of radicals sent out to torpedo the industry in the interests of grifting off global warming hype.

Decide for yourself, though. Who is more likely to defend fracking? John Fetterman, who sides with fellow radicals on every issue or Dr. Oz, who has visited the gas fields of Northeastern Pennsylvania, asked question after question, listened carefully and tells us what he’s learned and speaks up forcefully for the industry?
