There is still time to support the very important NESE pipeline project by submitting your comments to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

This week is the last opportunity to support this critical project as it reaches the final stretch of the permitting process. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is accepting public comments regarding water quality permits, and we need your help to send a strong message of continued support for the project.

The Northeast Supply Enhancement will provide Northeastern consumers access to affordable clean-burning energy among the many other benefits of:

  • Generate approximately $1.3 million in annual property taxes in New Jersey;
  • Displace nearly 200,000 tons of CO2 in the first year, ultimately the equivalent of removing 500,000 passenger cars from the roadways;
  • Support more than 3,000 jobs across the tri-state area, generating $171.9 million in compensation for New Jersey laborers;
  • Generate approximately $327 million in economic activity, $239.9 million of which will be in New Jersey alone.

Please sign our support petition that will be sent to the NJDEP before the public comment period ends on April 2. Click the button below to add your name now.

Please share this important action with people in your network who recognize the urgent need for affordable, reliable energy here in the Northeast.

Thank you again for your continued support
