‘The Fixer’ offers business assessments to plastics processors

Plastics industry consultant Lewis Yasenchak is offering free assessments of production plants and business development plans to help company executives improve operations and sales, particularly if they are facing challenges from the workforce skills gap in manufacturing.

Calling himself “The Fixer,” Yasenchak said in a news release that he has 35 years of experience related to plastic industry standards, certifications, processing, materials and machine shops. He said he acts as the primary point of contact to mentor business teams through effective operational change aimed at raising efficiencies, reducing costs, delivering quality, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Yasenchak also said he helps coordinate fast-track sales growth plans for new and existing accounts to meet or exceed strategic targets.

The consultant said he provides a proprietary business assessment that quickly diagnoses the health of a company and arms executives with information to improve process and performance.

“I take an up-close look at the company’s entire operation to identify specific areas of strength and potential gaps,” Yasenchak says in the release.
