The American Chemistry Council Sees Huge Growth for the Ohio River Valley

Are you prepared to profit from this generational opportunity throughout the Appalachian Basin? Can your organization afford to miss this opportunity?

The American Chemistry Council produced a report in 2017 stating $36 billion would be invested in petrochemicals and plastics in the Ohio River Valley by 2025. It’s 2019 and we’re halfway there. Royal Dutch Shell has invested between $7 – $9 billion in its cracker plant in Monaca, Pennsylvania and PTTGC is going to invest a similar amount in its cracker plant in Dilles Bottom, Ohio. Besides these two petrochemical giants, news came out this week that ExxonMobil is exploring locations around Shell’s cracker plant in Pennsylvania.

Now is the time for your organization to secure their presence in the Ohio River Valley which will most likely become the top region in the country for petrochemical investments over the next five plus years.

Learn from industry experts the investment opportunities coming to the region by attending The Inaugural Appalachian Basin Real Estate Conference which will be held on December 11th and 12th at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Your attendance will put you a step ahead of your competition. As a result of this conference you will have a better understanding of the regions workforce, infrastructure and the most profitable commercial real estate locations based upon your organizations logistics and supply chain critical success factors.

Financial Services firms and Investment groups will benefit from the discussion of current and prospective projects throughout the Appalachian Basin. Whether your investment strategy is project development or investment of income producing commercial or multi-family, experts will be available to advise on strategies and locations.

There will also be discussion surrounding the unique combination of petrochemical and plastics investment within Federal Opportunity Zones throughout the Ohio River Corridor.
