Shale Directories LLC announced that Regional Economic Development Partnership (RED) will be an Economic Development Sponsor for the its Inaugural Appalachian Basin Real Estate Conference which will be held December 12th at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia.

The Appalachian Basin Real Estate Conference will be bringing investors and developers from outside the region. The Appalachian Basin is one of the hottest petrochemicals and plastics development regions in the country and is of major interest to many national and international companies.

The conference will feature national and regional experts who will provide in-depth information of about the unfolding opportunities in the Appalachian Basin. The speakers will include Adam Bruns, editor, Site Selection Magazine; Matt Kelley, principal at Novogradac, the leading Federal Opportunity Zone accounting firm in the nation; Tom Gellrich, principal at TopLine Analytics, an internationally recognized petrochemical expert; Charles Zelek, Senior Economist, Department of Energy Fossil Fuels and Mark Locker, Maritime and Freight Project Manager with ODOT.
The conference will introduce business and real estate opportunities throughout the Appalachian Basin to investors and developers domestically and globally. “We are hopeful other economic development groups in the Appalachian Basin will join RED in being Economic Development Sponsors,” said Barone.
