NAI Ohio River Corridor Restructuring for Growth in Eastern Ohio and West Virginia

NAI Ohio River Corridor has expanded their team and commercial real estate services with the addition of Renay Sanders, commercial specialist and the promotion of Laurie Stanbro to vice president of Brokerage Operations. “Since locating our office to Tuscarawas County and our continued focus on the emerging petrochemical and plastics industries, we realized the need to restructure to better serve our clients.” said Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM. “We are fortunate to have Renay Sanders, a Tuscarawas County native join our team. Renay will be working with area industries and assisting Custer along the Ohio River corridor and throughout the Appalachian Basin for the industrial and office market.” Renay will also be working with retail assignments throughout the area.

Laurie Stanbro, Commercial Real Estate Specialist with NAI Ohio River Corridor has been promoted to Vice President of Brokerage Operations. Stanbro joined NAI Ohio River Corridor in 2017.

“Over the past 2 years, Laurie has played an instrumental role in developing and implementing strategies to improve our commercial real estate operational areas,” says Custer, “Her expanded role within the company helps to facilitate improvement strategies for all departments.”

Stanbro joined NAI Ohio River Corridor’s Ohio office in 2017 and focuses on sales, leasing and assisting in site selection assignments in Carroll, Columbiana and Tuscarawas Counties.

In addition to Sanders and Stanbro, the team includes Leon McCombs, Commercial Real Estate Specialist who continues to work with industrial and office clients throughout eastern Ohio including Holmes and Wayne County. McCombs has been working with owners of properties within the Federal Opportunity Zones which provide an avenue for buyers to offset capital gains from other sales. Julie Shaffer, a Massillon, Ohio native provides office and administrative assistance at the Bolivar, Ohio office.

NAI Ohio River Corridor also employs interns Jay Chaddock, who will be a Sophomore at The Ohio State University studying Business Management and Phong Nguyen, a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing who will be taking a position with The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in July.
