Milacron Holdings Corp. stockholders have voted to approve the plastics machinery maker’s sale to Hillenbrand Inc. during a special meeting held earlier Nov. 20.
The transaction is expected to close Nov. 21. Additional terms were not yet disclosed.
Hillenbrand of Batesville, Ind., announced July 12 it was buying Milacron in a cash and stock deal valued at about $2 billion.
