From the effects of Keystone XL and President Joe Biden’s executive orders to updates on Permian Basin infrastructure, here’s a roundup of midstream construction projects across North America for November 2020 to March 2021 including Kinder Morgan’s Permian Highway Pipeline going into full service to move natural gas from the Waha hub to Katy, Texas, with connections to the U.S. Gulf Coast and Mexico. The Agua Blanca pipeline system in the Delaware Basin also went into service. Agua Blanca is connected to about 20 gas processing sites in the Delaware Basin and moves gas produced in Culberson, Loving, Reeves, Pecos, Winkler and Ward counties in Texas, and Eddy and Lea counties in New Mexico, to the Waha hub.
