Here’s a snapshot of recent energy deals including Comstock Resources’ Bakken exit in a $154 million sale to Northern Oil and Gas plus the $419 million cash acquisition of Oklahoma City-based Tapstone Energy by Appalachian-focused Diversified Energy and SilverBow Resources’ largest acquisition to date in the Eagle Ford Shale. Also, Penn Virginia closed its all-stock acquisition of Lonestar Resources in the Eagle Ford and rebrands.
