Custer is the preferred source for commercial real estate services along the Ohio River corridor in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania and to be recognized as the experts in the area of petrochemical, plastics energy services and derivative industries for site selection and consultation throughout the Appalachian Basin.

Ohio River Corridor, LLC, was established in 2016 by Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM, MRICS, as a plastics site selection and commercial real estate services company aligned now as NAI Ohio River Corridor. Ohio River Corridor, LLC is a petrochemical, plastics and energy site selection and commercial real estate services company that specializes in site selection along the Ohio River from Monaca, Pennsylvania, home of the Shell ethylene cracker facility, downriver to Southpointe, Ohio and Parkersburg, West Virginia. Their service region also includes eastern Ohio, southwestern Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

Custer is actively involved with marketing the former ArcelorMittal surplus property in Weirton, now owned by the Buffalo-based Frontier Group of Companies; Mingo Junction, Ohio property, including the 100 acres of barge and rail served property at the Mingo Junction site; and the former AEP Kammer facility south of Moundsville, West Virginia along the Ohio River.

The production of the raw ingredients for the plastics industry is the new economic engine in the Ohio River Valley and the entire Appalachian Basin. Because of this, there’s a revolution happening in the tri-state area that encompasses the corridor along the river in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, a shift away from the Rust Belt to the Plastics Belt.

Custer is well published and speaks regularly to industry experts and the public in a variety of forums.
